Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Kindly review product details, sizing, and bundle selections carefully before completing your purchase.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged item

  • You receive the wrong item

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and a full unboxing video

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

Approved exchanges are processed for a different item of equal value.

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Electronic products

  • Beauty & personal care items


Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Your order is cancelled before shipment, or

  • An approved exchange item is unavailable

Refund method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer

  • Card payments: Original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is on our side.
